TERMS OF SERVICE

Definition

These General Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "GTU") are offered by  the company ARABIA.BYSI  having its registered office at "address" registered in the Brussels Trade and Companies Register under the number "SIREN" (hereinafter the "Publisher").

The following terms and expressions have the following definition within the meaning hereof:

  • Site: website available at the following URL:  https://www.arabiabysi.com/

  • User or Users: any person using the services made available by the Site.

 

Article 1 – Purpose of the T&Cs

 

The purpose of these T&Cs is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions for the provision of services by the Site and their use by the User.

These T&Cs are accessible on the Site under the heading “General Terms and Conditions of Use”.

Any registration or use of the Site implies acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these T&Cs by the User. Article 3 – Access to the site

 

The Site Editor undertakes to implement all means allowing the User reliable and rapid access to the services offered by the Site.

The Site offers the following services: Sale of Burkini is Abbaya online.

The Site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access.

The User declares to accept the costs as well as the limits specific to any connection to the Internet network. Article 4 – Content of the site

Article 9 - Publication by the User

The Site allows users to post comments.

In  his  publications,  member  commits  at   respect  the  rules  of   the

“Netiquette” (rules of good internet conduct) and the rules of law in force.

The Site may exercise moderation on the publications and reserves the right to refuse to put them online, without having to justify it to the member.

The User remains the holder of all of his intellectual property rights. But by publishing a publication on the Site, he assigns to the Publisher the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute and distribute his publication, directly or through an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of the intellectual property.
